The Bad News: There's no metro service to The Red & The Black.
The Good News: The Atlas District Eco-Shuttle. This shuttle is offered as a service on Friday and Saturday nights (every weekend) between 10:00PM and 2:30AM by the bar owners for helping you get between Union Station and the bars along H Street. Call Eco-Taxi's cool owner, Matt at 202-906-0697 to coordinate your rides in the "Blue" 05 Prius. There is no charge but tips are welcome to help support the continuation of this service.
